My name is Rafael, I’m from São Paulo, Brazil. I’m 13 years old. I’m tall and skinny, I have brown hair and brown eyes. I’m usually happy, but I’m sometimes angry.

I have got only one brother, his name is Felipe, he’s 16, I often argue whit him, but I love him. My mom is called Camilla and my dad, Márcio. They are cool and I love them.

Likes and dislikes/interests/abilities

I like many things, like sports, my family my dog, going to shopping mall. I’m really into music, I’m a big fan of The Beatles and The Black Keys, but I like other bands too.

I dislike many things too. I hate doing my homework, and some type of foods like tomato, pear, mango... AND MANY OTHER THINGS. I’m not very keen on study math, I hate that.

My favorite football team is Palmeiras, it is the best team ever. My favorite sport? Well, I love three sports: football, swimming, and handball. I don’t have a favorite food, but I love eating cheeseburger.

Sharing Life Stories

My grandfather was born in 1940 in São Paulo, his name is Luciano.  Nowadays he is 73 years old and he has many stories to tell.

For many days, when he was young and living with his mom, a man every night at two in the morning honked the horn in front of my grandpa’s building, and everybody woke up because of this. This man did that night after night, one day, my grandpa and his brother, Armando, had the idea of put pee inside of many balloons. They kept those balloons for three days, on the fourth day, at two o’clock in the morning the man honked the horn and Armando and my grandfather threw the balloons full of pee in the car.

The man who was honking the horn never more honked the horn again in front of his house.
