My mom was born around 1970 and my dad around 1968 in Salvador, Bahia. They lived there their whole childhood. My dad is a lawyer, he’s a workaholic and he’s very smart. My mom is a business administrator and she’s very caring, nice and kind.

A few months after my mom and my dad started dating, my dad was warned that he’d have to leave Brazil for a while and go live in Paris, France. He got very worried because things were really starting to work out with my mom and he was thinking about proposing her. He decided he’d talk to my mom about it and decide if they should break up or if she wanted to go to Paris with him. It would be difficult for my mom and my sister to move, but finally she made up her mind and the three of them went to Paris. There, none of them knew how to speak French so they had to take classes. At school, my sister started to learn a few things but she actually learned how to speak French by watching TV cartoons! They lived there for a long a time and my grandparents went there to visit them a few times. And there my mom found out she was pregnant of me!

A few months later they came back to Brazil and started to live here in São Paulo, where I was born. 

About Me

Hello, my name is Carolina and I’m 13 years old, I’m tall and thin and I have straight long black hair. My eyes are dark green and I’m talkative and outgoing.

I have a normal family, one 4-year-old brother and one 21-year-old sister, I’m the middle child. My parents are funny and cool, but sometimes they embarrass me, I used to fight a lot with my sister, but now we’re starting to get along with each other, and I barely fight with my brother, we’re really close.

I love Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez, I love their music and their personalities. I love listening to music, reading books, watching movies and going out with my friends. I don’t like being grounded and exercising. I don’t mind doing my homework or studying. My favorite Hollywood actress is Lily Collins and I love Kristen Stewart and Ashley Benson. I love watching TV series, I watch lots of them! But my favorites are The Vampire Diaries and Teen Wolf. I can play the guitar and I’m good at writing stories.

At home I have to clean my room once a week, otherwise it’ll get really messy, I don’t have to do any household chores, but I mustn’t eat in my mom’s room, because she doesn’t want it to get dirty!

At school I mustn’t listen to music in class and I can’t eat during class, I must pay attention and do my homework. I only need to wear uniforms at P.E. classes.

My week is really busy and I have a lot of things to do, on Monday I have singing and guitar lessons, and after that I have English classes at Alumni, on Tuesdays I have drama classes, on Wednesday I have English classes again and on Thursday I’m free. I spend a lot of hours doing after school activities, I usually spend 30 minutes doing my homework, but when I have tests at school I study a lot.

When I grow up I want to live and study abroad, but I still don't know what profession I want, all I know is that I don't want anything too boring and tiring.
