My mother was born in 1970 in Campinas. She is intelligent and cool. She has two children, me and my little sister. She is a business woman in São Paulo. When she was __ years, she was dating a guy called Marcelo.

Some months after her dad said “either you marry or you break up!” and she broke up with him, he called her. He was travelling, in Florianópolis and said “I’ll pass in São Paulo to see you”. When Marcelo arrived in São Paulo, she asked why he was there. He said it was to see how she was. But Marcelo had thought more than that. They were going to a bar while talking. Then, while they were talking about other things he said “I want to ask you a question”. She asked “What?”.  He asked “Do you want to marry me?”. “Oh, yes!” And they got married on 31 January 1998.

He had planned it all, while she wasn’t expecting. She hadn’t expected that he was going to propose her to marry while they were talking.

ABOUT ME

My name is Gabriel Cypriano. I am 13 years old. I’m medium height and slim. I have straight, short brown hair. I am intelligent, patient and fun.

My mother’s name is Isabel Cypriano. Her age is a secret. She is tall and medium weight. She has straight, long brown hair. She is intelligent, very patient and sometimes angry.

My father’s name is Marcelo Cypriano. He’s 46 years old. He is tall and medium weight. He has a bit of dark hair. He is intelligent, patient and usually strict.

My sister’s name is Marina Cypriano. She is seven years old. She is short and slim. She has straight, short brown hair.She is intelligent, impatient and creative.

My favourite band is The Beatles. My favourite subject is Maths, I love Maths. I’m interested in algorithms. I don’t mind getting up early, and I can’t stand Justin Bieber and One direction’s songs, I hate them!

I can play volleyball and basketball. I’m good at soccer. I can’t swim very well, so I want to learn.

I have to clean my room and make my bed because my family don’t have a maid. I don’t have to do the dusting or take out the trash because my parents do it. I must study and do homework, and I mustn’t explode my room.

Every week I spend 38 hours at school or locations where I do after school activities. Nine hours is what I spend doing after school activities.

I want to be a Maths professor at USP or Harvard, Yale or Columbia University. I’m going to study Maths at those universities. I want to live in Catalunha for three years and in the U.S.A. for five years. Every year I’m going to travel to Europe for at least five days. I’ll be famous.
