   My mom was born on July 4th of 1976 in São Paulo. She is a doctor and she is a very kind person. She cares about people and always helps them.

    In 1996, during her college, my mom and nine of her friends went to Ilha Grande. The tour guides left them on an island for two weeks. They had to survive from fruits they found on the ground, and some biscuits they had brought with them. They drank from a water fountain and slept at a small camping set. But my mom had to stay in a tent that had holes in it, and at night, she could see the stars from it. On the second week, they decided to cross the island, because on the other side of it there was a small town. But they got lost on the way because they hadn´t brought a map with them. When they finally got to the town, they bought some food. Then, they returned to the camping set.

     After two weeks of surviving on the island, the guides came back and brought them back home. My mom lost 5 quilos during these weeks!

Hi there!

    My name is Julia and I´m twelve years old. I am creative, but very stubborn and shy to people I don´t know.

    Being awesome is my family´s job. My mother is sweet and gentle, and my father is sporty and funny. My mom is caring and patient, my dad is awesome and stubborn. Soon, I´ll have a little sister called Bruna. I´m so excited, and I can´t wait for her birth. My mom, Daniela and my dad, Bruno are both very happy with my sis!

I also have a little dog, named Nina. She´s a Lhasa Apso and she´s cute! But she doesn´t like new people.

     I love animals, and I can´t describe how much I love them. I still don´t know the reason why all that love for them came from, but I will find out. Loving animals is the reason why I´m going to be a vet in the future!

But I hate bugs! They´re disgusting and scary!

     I also hate shopping! I can´t stand it! Fashion would never have a chance of being my friend! Ugh! It´s SO BORING!!!

     I don´t mind about doing housework, but I don´t like it either. I like cooking, but it´s not my obligation. My housework always changes!

     My favorite sport is horsebackriding, my favorite food is noodles and my favorite band is “The Beatles.”

     I can rollerblade, draw, play videogames and all of that very badly.

     I have to go to school every week day, and later, do my homework. I must do all of this, but I mustn´t do dangerous things, because my mom freaks out when I risk myself.

     Every day, I spend over five hours and a half at school, one or two hours with extra activities, and my homework and housework time always changes, so I don´t know it.

     As I said before, I´m going to be a vet when I grow up. I´ll study at USP, because that´s where my parents studied. I want to spend a part of my career taking care of domestic animals, another, taking care of small critters, and, at last, another, taking care of big animals. I want to have lots of dogs, because I love dogs. I want to visit Japan someday, and go to Tokio because I love anime so much! But I don´t want to live there!
