Sharing life stories

         When my mother Daniela was a teenager she really liked a boy, and occasionally he was my uncle’s best friend! Bruno, her brother, felt really jealous about it, so he kept inventing awkward things about my mother and telling his friend, so he wouldn’t flirt with my mother. My mom was very angry about it, but she didn’t know what he had exactly invented. One day, this friend went to their house with Bruno, then he looked at my mother and said “ Daniela, why do you bite your dog? Such a pity!” my mother was very confused and angry because she had never expected her brother to invent something like that! She explained Bruno’s friend it was all a lie, and after  some time they were together.

About Me

       My name is Julia Mesquita, I´m 13 years old, I live in São Paulo and I study at Colégio Santa Cruz. I´m medium height, I´m a brunette and my hair is wavy. I have a little sister called Alice, she is 4 years old, and my other sister is called Ana, she´s 16 years old. My father is called Mario, and my mother Daniela.

         I really like playing tennis, sleeping and watching TV, but I can´t stand studying and doing homework. I´m interested in extreme sports, but my parents don´t let me do it, so I prefer staying home and relaxing. I´m good at sports, but I´m really bad at board games. I can´t cook and I can´t sew either.

         I support Fluminense and my favourite groups are the Arctic Monkeys, Avicii, Hardwell and Of Monsters and Man.

         At home I hardly ever have to do household chores, but I have my obligations, which are doing my homework, studying, sometimes cleaning my room and hardly ever taking care oif my younger sister. I must help my parents and I mustn´t make a mess. At school my obligations are different, I must be quiet, must respect others and I mustn´t run in the hallways or scream in the classroom. I have to do my homework and bring my material, but I don´t have to study 24 hours a day.

         I usually spend about 2 hours everyday, watching TV, more or less 30 minutes studying, and 2 hours and a half playing tennis. I almost never do household chores, but when I do it, I take about 15 minutes.

         I´m really interested in journalism and news, I´d like to be a journalist, it must be really cool. It would be awesome if I studied at NYU, in New York City. I´d love to live abroad in a different country with a very different culture, as India or Turkey.
