About Me
I
live with my father, my mother and my brother. My father is called Cássio, my mother is Beatriz and my brother’s name is Pedro. We are “Santistas”.
I
love ballet, but I hate avocado. It’s horble! My favourite animals are dogs and
owls, but I hate spiders.
I
love listening to music in records, and my favourite bands are Queen, The
Beatles, Pink Floyd and Rolling Stones. I love them, but I can’t stand Restart! I
like so much classical music, too.
I
love Emma Watson!! She’s an actress and she does the Harry Potter films. She’s
perfect!!
At
home I have to lay and clear the table
and sometimes I help my mom with
the cooking. My brother hardly ever helps with the housework. He just likes
cooking.
On
Mondays and Wednesdays my after school activity is English Class. I think is so
long, I stay there two hours!
On
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, I have ballet classes. It’s longer than the
English Class, but for me it’s so quickly!! I enjoy so much doing that.
When I’m not during after school activities
I spend doing homework. Then I hardly ever have homework on the weekend.
For
my future I don’t know many things. I don’t want to stop ballet and I like so
much photography and animals. I don’t know what I want to be.
I’d
like to travel around the world, but I don’t know
if I want to go somewhere to study.
This
is me and my life.
Sharing Life Stories
The first character of my story was my
grandmother (from my father’s side) called Celina. She was born on 24 June 1932
in São José do Rio Pardo and she was a History and Geography teacher.
The second character in the story
was my grandfather (from my father’s side) called Irineu. He was born on 17
June 1922 in São José do Rio Pardo and he was a shop assistant. He came to São
Paulo when he was 16, soon he became a storekeeper.
They were friends in their
childhood and they studied in the same school. They felt for each other a great
attraction. However, Celina was engaged to get married with a cousin. When
Irineu knew that, he came to São
José do Rio Pardo and asked her for marriage.
Well, they got married and she
came to São Paulo with him. They had three
sons: Carlos, Paulo and Cássio, my father. When they were both retired, they moved to São José, and
there they live happily all their lives.
