Ana D'Andrea Henkin

                 ABout me

  My name is Ana D’Andrea Henkin. I am 13 years old, I am tall, thin, and I have brown hair and brown eyes. I’m fun, smart, generous, a little lazy, with strangers I’m incredibly shy but with my friends I’m outgoing, I’m creative. I live in São Paulo, in Brazil, the city that I live isn’t exciting, but it isn’t boring.

  I have one sister called Gabi, she’s tall, thin, smart and she studies in Colégio Santa Cruz, the same that I do, she’s 17 years old, I have a brother called Daniel, he’s 19 years old, he’s tall, blonde, smart, patient. My mom is called Marina, she has black hair and honey eyes , my father is called Ofer, he’s tall and thin, he has black hair, and he’s a little strict.

   I’m into hanging out with my friends, going to the cinema and going shopping. I love Lady Gaga, Ian Somerhalder, tumblr, cookies. I like playing computer games, surfing the net and watching TV. I’m interested in movies and drawing.

  I don’t mind cleaning my room.  I can’t stand funk, sertanejo, racism and horror movies. I don’t like tomatoes, evaluations. I hate eggplant, lemon and cold weather.

  I have a lot of favorite singers like Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran, Lana Del Rey, Marina & the diamonds and Justin Timberlake.

  My favorite team is São Paulo and my favorite subject is arts.

I can cook cookies, I can draw, and I can dance and sing but not very well.

I’m bad at sports and music instruments.

At home I have to do my homework, clean my room, take a shower but I don’t have to clean the house.

  I spend five hours and a half at school per day that means that I spend 26,5 a week, I think I spend six hours doing homework a week. I don’t do any after school activities but I really want to do singing classes.

  I just clean my room and lay the table on the weekends and sometimes I load and unload the dishwasher.

  I have no idea of what I want to be when I grow up, but I really want to live in the USA and study there, it would be so AMAZING.

  

Sharing Life Stories

  My mother is called Marina, she was  born on 8th june of 1960 in São Paulo. She’s short, has black hair and honey eyes, she’s funny, cute, smart, calm,  loves films and she’s an architect.

  Now I’m going to tell the story of how my parents met.

  My mother was travelling with some friends of university in Bahia. She was staying in a student’s house and then my dad, called Ofer, appears there. He was travelling by himself, and he wanted to stay in the same hostel that she was, so he asked my mom to keep his bag with her friends because the receptionist wasn’t there, and he wanted to go somewhere.

  Another day, they met by chance at “Elevador Lacerda” and they went to a festival.

  During the festival, my mother offered to guide my father in São Paulo and show him around.

After some weeks they had met in São Paulo and realized that both were going to U.S.A, so they could meet again.

  After they went back to their own countries, they started to exchange letters, and 7 years later they got married.
